The third-graders of Starytska ZZSO I-III grades named after Yury Kostiv, together with class teacher Dana Partyka, made 50 trench candles in the form of stars for the ZSU with their own hands.
Materials for making candles were brought by parents and children.
Schoolchildren cut thin strips of cardboard and put them into cans in the form of stars. After that, it was filled with paraffin.
As the schoolchildren noted, the trench candles-stars are made with a big heart and respect for the Defenders of Ukraine. After all, they are our courageous warriors who protect our peace every day. In this way, children want to support our soldiers and make their small contribution to a great victory.
