On November 10, the mayor of Drohobych Taras Kuchma, together with the head of the Department of Social Protection of the DMR, Ivan Terlecki, presented a cash certificate to Roman Urban, a resident of the Drohobych community, in the amount of over UAH 1,800,000. to purchase a new home.
Roman Vasyliovych is a person with a disability as a result of the war (Group I). During the Revolution of Dignity, Roman Urban was one of the first to go to the Maidan and was wounded there. So he became disabled. Monetary compensation to Mr. Roman was assigned in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 20, 2019 No. 206 “Issues of providing housing for certain categories of persons who participated in the Revolution of Dignity, as well as their family members.” For the city of Kotermaka, this is the first certificate for the purchase of a new home for a participant of the Revolution of Dignity.
Community leader Taras Kuchma thanked Roman Urban for his heroism, clear position on the issue of preserving territorial integrity and protecting our independence.

In general, in the course of 2023, 16.7 million hryvnias have been allocated to the Drohobytsk Moscow State Technical University under the state program. for the purchase of housing for 8 persons from among military personnel and participants in hostilities.
