On February 24-25, a traditional freestyle wrestling tournament among U15 and U20 youths was held in Lviv, dedicated to the memory of international class master of sports, world and European champion, World Cup winner Ihor Pervachuk.
About 300 athletes from 15 regions of Ukraine took part in the competition.
Chervonograd was well represented at the tournament by the pupils of the State Secondary School No. 2. In particular, Nazar Kushneryk won the 2nd place in the 75 kg weight category, and Ruslan Kushneryk took the 4th place in the 68 kg category. We congratulate the athletes and their mentors on their significant achievements and wish them future victories.
