The Lviv Regional Military Administration announces the recruitment of candidates to participate in the internship program “Academy of First Opportunities”. Volunteers will be able to become part of several structural divisions, in particular:
Department for Culture, Nationalities and Religions of the Regional State Administration. People who know how to think creatively, want to create and participate in interesting artistic events, are creative personalities and have many interesting ideas are waiting here.
Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Regional State Administration. Here they are waiting for candidates who are close to natural sciences and who care about the state of the environment; who know how to express their opinion, accept the arguments of others, comprehensively analyze society’s attitude to nature.
Department of Economic Policy. This is an opportunity for people who have obtained/are obtaining a legal or economic education, are able to analyze, work with databases, in particular, are fluent in the program for working with Excel spreadsheets:
regional development management needs analysts for whom it is easy to find and analyze any information, to propose a management decision based on it;
in the management of industry, entrepreneurship and investment policy are waiting for interns who know how to communicate well with people and quickly complete tasks;
The Department of Financial Analysis and Public Procurement is seeking legal interns with experience in the Prozoro procurement system.
Criteria that candidates for interns must meet:
citizenship of Ukraine and fluency in the state language;
creative, analytical thinking and organizational skills, the ability to analyze tasks and make informed decisions, as well as the ability to organize one’s work and manage time;
ability to communicate effectively and work in a team;
motivation for development and initiative.

Previously, 14 young people became interns of the program, they had the opportunity to join both the theoretical and practical part of training, create and present their own project, learn more about the work of the regional administration in wartime.
