20 tons of humanitarian aid were sent from Lviv to Kherson

Lviv sent a 20-ton truckload of humanitarian aid to the residents of Kherson. The aid was collected by the joint efforts of the city authorities, entrepreneurs and philanthropists.

As Yevhen Boyko, the head of the city evacuation commission, said, this is a cargo with the most necessary means and food products. In particular, these are various products, cereals, sweets, tea, canned goods, as well as medical and household essentials, household chemicals. It is also drinking water and animal feed.

“These are the things that are now absolutely necessary for residents. This aid is a joint humanitarian cargo, which we collected with the help of Lviv entrepreneurs and philanthropists. Many thanks to everyone who contributed to the formation of this aid. Separately, we express our gratitude to the charitable organization “Center for Volunteerism and Protection”, – noted Yevhen Boyko, head of the city evacuation commission in Lviv.

Aid was sent to the Kherson City Military Administration.

At the same time, the workers of the Lviv Home for Rescued Animals are currently in Kherson with a humanitarian mission: they are rescuing four-legged animals. And already the first car with animals went to Lviv.

We will remind you that earlier the Lviv City Council worked out an algorithm for receiving Ukrainians who can be evacuated from flooded settlements. At the same time, everyone can contact the City Support Center for forcibly displaced people, which operates in Lviv on the street Kostya Levytskoho, 67, and get all the necessary consultations.
