Specialists of gas distribution companies working under the RGK brand are ready to start the restoration of gas networks in the territories that will be liberated during the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces
In particular, among the companies operating under the RGK brand, 3 out of 4 branches of JSC “Zaporizhgaz” are located in the occupation zone today, serving half of the company’s customers.
“Our specialists have a clear road map, a plan of measures to restore gas networks in the Zaporizhia region has been developed. An emergency stock of materials has been created and a “transparent warehouse” system is in place, thanks to which each company can see what materials the others have and, in case of need, can get them. I am confident that after the deoccupation of these areas, we will be able to restore gas supply in a reasonable time,” said General Director of the Regional Gas Company Oleksiy Tyutyunnyk in an interview with the NV publication.
Gas distribution companies operating under the RGK brand have extensive experience in quickly restoring gas networks in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Kharkiv and other regions. Gas was returned to many cities in record time: to Buchi – in 18 days, to Izyum in 20 days, and to Irpen – in a month. RGK also provides assistance in the restoration of other timing operators, in particular JSC “Khersongaz”.
In total, since the beginning of the invasion of the Russian invaders, gas companies have resumed the distribution of gas for 559,000 households. Also, thanks to the introduction of unified European technologies and own production, gas distribution companies replaced 75 thousand household gas meters crushed by rusts, 603 hydraulic fracturing units and 1424 SHHRP were restored and replaced with new ones manufactured at RGK plants.
JSC “Lvivgaz” works daily to ensure a strong rear, safe and stable gas supply. The company has repeatedly helped the military and covered various needs: from medicines and clothes to small bags and cars. In 2022, the enterprise directed more than 8 million to the needs of the army. JSC “Lvivgaz” also helps colleagues from the frontline areas. From the beginning of the war to the present day, RGC Production Lviv produced and shipped: 195 SHGRP and 35 VOG for gas distribution companies whose territories were under occupation.
