LMKP “Lvivteploenergo” and LMKP “Lvivvodokanal” call on Lviv residents to submit readings of hot and cold water meters by the end of the week. Utility companies have developed many ways to do this, so that everyone has the opportunity to choose the one that is convenient for them.
“Timely and correct submission of meter readings is very important. After all, hot and cold water charges are based on them. If residents do not submit readings, or submit incorrect indicators, then there is an imbalance between the general household meter and the sum of all individual ones. Therefore, this difference, according to the approved methodology, according to which accruals are carried out, has to be shared between everyone. This is the case if everyone has apartment meters. If someone does not have it, then he is billed for the entire imbalance.
Therefore, we call on all consumers of Lvivteploenergo and Lvivvodokanal to submit their meter readings by the end of this week,” explained the Department of Housing and Infrastructure of the LMR.
Consumers of Lvivteploenergo LMKP can submit hot water readings in several ways:

“Owners of boilers that do not use centralized hot water supply must also submit meter readings every month, even if they do not differ from the previous ones,” Lvivteploenergo LMKP reminds.
