On the first page after authorization, a new “Order service” button appeared with an updated application form.
You can also view the archive of services ordered by the user for each personal account of the consumer (“Details” button, then “Services”)
In the “Personal Cabinet” you can remotely submit electricity meter readings and order services:
– installation of a zone counter;
– changing the incorrect indicator;
– replacement of the automatic switch;
– change of account owner;
– report on the absence of seals on the metering device and others.
To start work, you need to register. If you are already registered, log in to receive services (enter your e-mail address and your chosen password to the “Personal Account”).
After that, you can add your customers (personal accounts) and use the online service.
