The issuance of student LeoCards will begin already at the beginning of July, so students of Lviv universities are encouraged to submit documents for the production of transport cards. This can be done centrally through educational institutions, by contacting the trade union organization of universities, or at six points where the administrators of LKP “Lvivavtodor” work.
“We invite students to submit documents for the production of LeoKart transport cards. After all, cashless payment and validation of general and personalized LeoCards will soon be available in all public transport. In that case, student tickets issued by educational institutions and giving the right to discounted travel cannot be used as an alternative to the LeoKart student transport card,” Lvivavtodor LKP noted.
To issue a LeoCard student transport card, it is centralized through educational institutions – it is necessary to contact the student union of the educational institution and submit documents at the place of study.
In order to submit documents through the points where the administrators of the “Lvivavtodor” LKP work, you must first register in an electronic queue at one of the six points for receiving documents for the production of LeoCards by calling the hotline number: 0 800 303 007. -Passenger service center on st. Gorbachevsky, 10: Mon-Thurs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., without a break;
-Tsnap on the street Vyhovskogo, 32: Mon, Tue, Thu from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Wed from 9:00-20:00 | Fri from 9:00-16:00, (break 12:00-12:30 and 15:00-15:30);
– Tsnap on ave. Chervonoi Kalina, 72a: Mon, Tue, Thu from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Wed from 9:00-20:00 | Friday from 9:00-16:00, (break 12:00-12:30 and 15:00-15:30);
– LLP “Gospodar” on the street Pasichniy, 49b: Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (break 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.);
– Shevchenkivska RA on the street Lypynskogo, 11: Mon-Thurs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (break 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.);
-Tsnap on the street Khvylovoy, 14a: Mon, Tue, Thurs – from 9:00 to 18:00, Wed – from 9:00 to 20:00 and Friday from 9:00 to 16:00, (break 12:00 to 12:30 and 15:00-15:30).
The necessary list of documents for issuing student LeoCards:
A completed application for obtaining a transport card and consent to the processing of personal data (the application is submitted during a visit to the document reception point and is filled out at the reception with the administrator);
Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (ID card with application);
Student card (full-time study) or certificate from the place of study;
The original registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP);
A 3×4 photo will be taken on the spot when submitting documents.
A receipt for payment of the cost of the transport card (60 UAH) must also be added to the documents. Instructions on how to pay the cost of a LeoKart transport card are available on the website.
It is also possible to pay for a student LeoCard through payment terminals at four points of document submission/issuance of cards: Passenger Service Center on ul. Gorbachevsky, 10 (payment is made without the operator’s commission) and at three TsNAPs – on the street. Khvylovogo, 14A, on the street Vyhovsky, 32, on ave. Ch. Kalyny, 72A (the operator’s commission should be taken into account when paying).
