LKP “Lvivavtodor” reminds: citizens who are entitled to discounted travel in public transport, but do not live, work or study on the territory of Lviv MTG, can also get a LeoKart discounted transport card. To apply for a card, you should go to one of the six points for submitting documents/issuing transport cards.
Important: after the full implementation of cashless payment, it will be possible to ride in all public transport in Lviv free of charge or with a discount only on the basis of the corresponding LeoKart.
How to issue a discounted LeoKart for residents of other communities
First of all, you need to sign up for the electronic queue by calling the hotline number: 0 800 303 007, choosing an address where it will be convenient to submit documents for the production of a preferential transport card.
You can submit documents for the production of LeoCards in 6 points:

The list of documents required for issuing a preferential LeoKart:
passport of a citizen of Ukraine (ID card with application)/birth certificate;
a document confirming the beneficiary’s status (for pupils and students – a pupil or student card, or a certificate from the place of study);
the original registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP);
receipt for payment of the cost of the transport card (60 hryvnias). If the beneficiary is registered in another community and lives in Lviv MTG, then it is not necessary to pay UAH 60. Instead, it is necessary to add supporting documents (a housing rental agreement or a housing purchase agreement/ a document confirming the fact of residence on the territory of the Lviv MTG);
3×4 photo (also taken on the spot when submitting documents);
completed application and consent to the processing of personal data (the application is submitted at the document reception point and is filled out at the administrator’s reception).
If the transport card is ordered by a beneficiary’s representative, the following must be added to the specified documents:
passport (ID card with application) of the representative of the beneficiary;
certified power of attorney;
for custodians – a decision on the establishment of guardianship and guardianship, certificate of guardian (custodian);
for legal representatives – the child’s birth certificate;
for social workers – the certificate of a social worker.
You can pay for the LeoKart transport card:
at four points: at the Passenger Service Center (10 Gorbachevsky St.) and at three TsNAPs – on St. Khvylovogo, 14A, on the street Vyhovsky, 32 and ave. Ch. Kaliny, 72A;

Purpose of payment: preferential / pupil / student Leokart card It is necessary to specify: the name of the recipient of the card; passport number/birth certificate/TIN/name of educational institution/phone number. The bank commission should also be taken into account here;
through the mobile application and EasyPay terminals.
How to pay through the EasyPay terminal the cost of the LeoKart preferential transport card for persons who are not registered in the Lviv MTG:
in the search on the terminal screen, enter “Leo” to search for the required category of transport card;
select “LeoKart discount card”;
enter the last name, first name, patronymic;
enter the registration address (town, street, house);
enter the identifier of one of the documents (series, passport number or RNOKPP (TIN);
enter the mobile phone number;
check the relevance of the specified data and choose the payment method – in cash or by scanning the QR code with the smartphone camera (the bank’s application must be downloaded for payment);
be sure to get the payment receipt and submit it together with the required list of documents.
