During patrolling, police officers of Velikomostivska TG noticed a suspicious car with a trailer in a forest near the village of Boyanets.
At that time, the driver was throwing animal tails into a dug hole. After noticing the law enforcement officers, the man left the trailer, got into his car and started to run away.
He did not respond to the policemen’s request to stop. After several kilometers of pursuit, sheriffs stopped the transport with the fugitive.
Law enforcement officers filed an administrative report against the driver under Art. 122-2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (drivers’ failure to comply with the requirements to stop) and an investigative team was called to the scene.
The man faces criminal liability for land pollution.
