The other day we stopped a Foat Doblo because its 38-year-old driver had violated traffic rules.
When we checked the documents, it turned out that the driver’s licence was registered to a 45-year-old woman. The man admitted that he had bought the driver’s card online.
We called an investigative team to the scene, and the driver was, of course, fined. Now, in addition to administrative liability, he faces criminal liability.
