From now on, career servicemen, law enforcement officers, war veterans and combatants can purchase mortgaged housing in Lviv and Lviv region on favourable terms.
PrivatBank and the Department of Economic Policy of the Lviv Regional State Administration signed a bilateral cooperation agreement on interest compensation for the purchase of housing under the state programme “eOselya”.
According to the terms of the programme, the interest rate on mortgage loans for certain categories of citizens in Lviv region will be fully compensated at the expense of the regional budget for military personnel, law enforcement officers and their families.
For war veterans and their families, combatants, persons with war-related disabilities, families of deceased war veterans and for fallen defenders of Ukraine, the interest rate has been reduced to 4% per annum.
Through PrivatBank, Ukrainians have already received more than 2,000 loans worth over UAH 2.9 billion. Every third mortgage loan under the eHouse programme is issued by PrivatBank, and the total share of PrivatBank in the number of eHouse loans issued is more than 30%. The eHouse programme is implemented by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine jointly with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the State Housing Agency.
