The situation with the blocking of tax invoices deals a serious blow to business, in particular, to agricultural producers. For example, for farmers, often the reason for refusing to unlock is that, they say, the services are not provided on a permanent basis. That is, the agricultural producer must constantly sow the same thing?! Such nuances should be taken into account by inspectors who consider complaints.
Deputy Iryna Seh emphasized this during the meeting of the commission on the activities of the agro-industrial complex, entrepreneurship and investments today, May 3.
“As a result of blocking, calculations and VAT refunds are delayed, companies lose money, time, and reputation. Even tax officials admit that the tax invoice processing system is imperfect. And above all, small and medium-sized businesses suffer from this, people who did not go abroad in such a difficult, wartime time, but try to work and support the economy, suffer.
We in the regional council represent the community of Lviv Oblast, the people elected us so that we would protect them and defend their interests. And now, when there is such a problem, we must stand up for business. In particular, it is necessary to open a “hotline” of the regional council, to which entrepreneurs could address complaints, once a quarter to consider issues at a commission meeting with the participation of representatives of the Main Department of the DPS in Lviv region, to prepare and present to the session a draft of an appeal regarding changes to the system processing of tax invoices”, Iryna Sekh noted.
The head of the deputy commission, Yuriy Radelytskyi, urged entrepreneurs to contact the regional council’s commission on agro-industrial complex, entrepreneurship and investments regarding problems with the registration of tax invoices.
In turn, in at. Andriy Flys, the head of the Main Directorate of the DPS in the Lviv region, declared readiness for close cooperation with the Lviv regional council.
