“On Ivasyuka Street, 1, the illegal MAF was dismantled. All the locals know, but let me remind you that this kiosk was installed arbitrarily many years ago. The owner did not have any permits, in particular for the land. The building itself was old and barely held together. The residents of Bryukhiv repeatedly complained about his work – the car that brought products for the MAF regularly blocked the sidewalk. Mothers with baby carriages especially suffered from this,” Lubomyr Zubach said on his Facebook page.
He also added that the executive committee of the Lviv City Council made the decision to dismantle it in September. The owner of the illegally erected IAF was first verbally warned about the demolition. Then there was a demand, a protocol, a warning, and finally the dismantling itself.
