Previously in Lviv, a meeting with the heads of health departments of regional military administrations took place under the guidance of Minister of Health Viktor Liashko. The focus was on the development of Mental Health Centers and funding for this sector through NHIF medical guarantees. The UNBROKEN Center will serve as a model for creating a network of such centers throughout Ukraine.
Currently, all Lviv polyclinics already have mental health centers where specialists help cope with psychological traumas, fears, depressions, and anxieties. Assistance can be obtained through a referral from a family doctor or by contacting the center directly.
